That contractor reaches out within hours to schedule a free in-home or video assessment, which typically takes 45-90 minutes and covers entry/exit, bathroom, kitchen, stairs, lighting, flooring, and doorways.
The deliverable from the assessment is a written, itemized quote: bar manufacturer and model number, anchoring method, height and placement, labor, timeline, warranty terms.
