Specifically: your contact details are shared only with the one matched contractor in our network. They are not shared with data brokers, marketing list resellers, or other contractors. They are not used to train AI models. They are not retained beyond the operational window required to route the request and follow up on outcomes.
Every contractor in the network signs a contact-handling agreement before they receive a single routed request. The agreement prohibits them from reselling, sharing with affiliates, marketing against the contact information for unrelated services, or retaining the data beyond the active project window. Breach of this agreement is grounds for immediate removal from the network.
If you decide not to hire the matched contractor, your information is retained only for the limited audit window required for quality follow-up — typically 90 days — then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing the privacy contact in the footer.
